Booking and Cancellation - Terms and Conditions

1. Room Rates: The rate includes all taxes and a full breakfast.

2. Deposits. A deposit of £20 per room per night is required to confirm a booking.

3. Cancellation by guest. A reservation is a binding contract. Deposits are non returnable except if we are able to re-let the room. We will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a handling charge of £5. Guests are reminded that once the deposit is paid, they are liable, if we are unable to re-let the room, for 2/3 of the total cost of the stay.

4. Cancellation by us. Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, we will contact you immediately, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you wish us to, we will attempt to book you into another local B+B of the same or lower grade in a similar standard of room.

5. Availability. Rooms are available for guests from 4 pm, on the first day of their stay, (unless by prior arrangement). Rooms should be vacated by 10:30 am on the last day.

6. Children & Extra Beds: A charge of £10 per night will be made for extra beds required in rooms. Cots are free of charge. Children under 2yrs are free. Children over 2yrs staying in additional rooms, i.e. next door to parents rooms, will be charged at a discounted rate of £15 per child inclusive of breakfast.

7. Smoking. Ivinghoe Aston Farm bed and breakfast is a non smoking building, if you do smoke you may do so in the garden.

8. Damage and missing items. Ivinghoe Aston Farm bed and breakfast reserves the right to charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Well behaved dogs are permitted.

10. Data Protection. We hold details, as supplied by guests or their companies, only on the registration book and booking form. We will not make this available to others.

11. Wireless Internet use is free.

12. Payment only by debit/ credit card , cash or cheque. A 5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Alternatively, a UK cheque (payable to Ivinghoe Aston Farm Bed and Breakfast) to Ivinghoe Aston Farm Ivinghoe Aston, Leighton Buzzard, Buckinghamshire, LU7 9DG.

13. Confirmation of your booking will then be sent to you by e-mail or letter.
